INDIVIDUAL CLIENT MANAGER
HCS will assign a dedicated Account Manager to work directly with your practice. In addition to full account oversight, the Account Manager's team will be responsible for maximizing reimbursment, supporting operational flow, provide detailed financial reports, identifying areas of concerns and focusing on areas of profit.

A contract between HealthCombine Solutions and Client is negotiated at a percentage of the net revenue/collections, including all copays, Insurance Payments, collected patient balances, capitation agreements and any incentive bonuses. Percentage factors include, but not limited to, provider specialty, monthly volume, procedures performed and insurance payor mix. The only additional cost is provided by HCS at a rate of .65 per mailing, with high quality envelopes and unique labeled return envelopes, all created specifically for your practice.
